Welcome to the Greater McLean Republican Women's Club Website

​

Our club is a dynamic group and we are growing every year.  We work hard to support and elect Republican candidates at all levels of government.  In 2023, our club will be hard at work to help elect delegates and senators to the Virginia Assembly and local school boards throughout Northern Virginia. Governor Youngkin needs a Republican senate in order to pass the agenda we elected him to enact and our club will work to make sure he has both chambers this year.

GMRWC has monthly meetings, February through December.  Please check our schedule below.  We have a newsletter, The Trumpet, with information on our events, Republican candidates, meetings of other organizations which may interest our members and more.

Because we are located so close to Washington, we have access to many interesting speakers.  We host Republican candidates, political writers and pollsters, as well as Republican officials.  We stay informed and we try to share that information with others.

As our calendar fills up, we will post upcoming events here and in The Trumpet.  Our first scheduled event of 2023 will be to host Kellyanne Conway on February 8th, where she will speak about her experience in President Trump’s administration and have copies of her book available for sale.  We welcome you and your guests to attend.

It can be hard to live in our area, where we are vastly outnumbered by members of the other party and where our neighbors often don’t share our values but we can’t give up.  Working together, we helped elect Governor Youngkin in a state that the so-called experts had declared a purple (if not outright blue).  This year is an important one where we must work together to take back our state.
